Ms. Tiffany Denise Troutman, 44, of Southern Pines, North Carolina entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 20, 2025. 

Tiffany Denise Troutman was born on November 23, 1980, in Vero Beach, Florida, and  called home on October 20, 2025.

Tiffany attended Pinecrest High School and later worked in customer service for many  years. She was known for her warm spirit, generous heart, and the unforgettable impression she left on everyone she encountered.

Tiffany had a deep love for children. She was the one who always opened her home, heart,  and arms. If you needed help, comfort, laughter, or a place to land, Tiffany made room. Her  light, her laughter, and her love will continue to shine through everyone whose lives she touched.

Tiffany was preceded in death by her grandmother, Christine Troutman, her grandfathers,  Roland Troutman, Fred Goins SR., and David Stubbs, and her nephew, Jacobi Jones.

She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Wilmanell Stubbs, and stepfather, Patrick  Stubbs; her father, Fred Goins, and stepmother Evelyn Goins; her grandmothers, Juliene  Goins and Agnes Stubbs; her siblings, Kovacs Troutman, Sade Stubbs, Patrick Stubbs,  Shaniqua Valdez, Tanesha Goins, Jerilyn Jones, Fred Palmer Goins III, Brance Goins,  Marcus McNeil, Valencia Whigams, and Monica Noel.

Her legacy continues through her beloved children, Mekhia Dunlap, Mariah Dunlap, Kamari  Troutman, Quashayla Cotton, and Milton “Son Son” Dunlap III.

Tiffany also leaves behind her god-sisters, Lasaundra Lucky and Chrystal Purcell; her god- brother, Percy Purcell; thirty-two nieces and nephews; three great-nephews; and a host of  aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends who loved her deeply.

Tiffany’s presence was bold, her love was fierce, and her spirit was unmatched. Her  memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
