Savannah Williams Leach, 64, of 385 Papoose Trail, Lillington, NC, entered into rest on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC.

Obituary

Savannah Williams-Leach was born April 19, 1955 to the late Joe & Leola Williams in Elm City, North Carolina.

Vann was educated in Plainfield, New Jersey in the Union County School System. When she was able to work, she worked in various nursing homes as a Dietary Aide. She loved drawing and writing songs/poetry and singing.

Savannah Williams-Leach departed this life Sunday, December 22, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Leach; her parents, Joe & Leola Williams; four siblings, John Williams, George Williams, Donnie Williams and Josephine Riddick; one niece, Melissa Williams; and one nephew, Ronnell Harrison.

She leaves her memories to cherish with her children, Tasha Williams, Tamiko Williams, Tennille Williams, Tynessia Ballard (Ivan), Tony Taylor, Tierra Williams, 24 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; sisters, Bernadette Walker, Angela Hines and Jennifer Riddick; brothers, Bobby Williams (Peggy), Joe Williams (Theresa), Ronnie Williams, Rashon Bethea and Walter Bethea. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends, and a special friend, Clintrell Watson, for helping in the aid of our beloved mother.
