Raline Pearson (Amerson) Buie

Ms. Raline Pearson Buie, 73, of Broadway, North Carolina entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at her place of residence.

Ms. Raline Buie was born on March 14, 1949, in Lee County, North Carolina to the late Willie Melvin Pearson and Luverta Amerson.

Ms. Raline Buie was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great–great–grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.

On April 28, 2022, she departed this life at home in Broadway, North Carolina. Raline attended Johnsonville High School. She later met and married the love of her life, Robert Monroe Buie, “Bo Pete.”

Raline was preceded in death by her parents Willie Melvin Pearson and Luverta Amerson, siblings Ralph M. Amerson, Mary Maxine Amerson, her grandparents, Violet “Missy” Cox Pearson and John Pearson, a set of twins, several aunts and uncles.

Raline leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Violet Amerson of Broadway North Carolina, Martina Amerson Smith of Sanford NC, Steplon Buie (Doris) of Broadway North Carolina, William Buie and Brandi Hussey of the home; grandchildren Levonda Mclean and her five children of Cameron, North Carolina, Shalonda Mclean and her five children of Cameron North Carolina, Rolina Mckoy (Brian) and her one child of Virginia, Pierre Amerson of Broadway North Carolina, William Buie JR and Elizabeth McCaden of Sanford North Carolina; great-great grandchild, Autumn Ra’lee Rose; siblings, Quinton Amerson (Valjean) of Cameron, North Carolina, Annie Pearl McDougald of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Lucille McAuley of Broadway, North Carolina; One godson, Johnathan Amerson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
