Mr. Michael Conrad Cox, 53, of Cameron, North Carolina entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 27, 2025, at UNC Medical Center, Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Michael, the youngest descendant of Albert and Marie Richardson, was born on December 27, 1971, in Lee County, North Carolina.

Michael was educated in the Harnett County School System. After graduating from Western Harnett High School in Lillington, North Carolina, he entered the workforce at Coty and Tyson Foods.  Later, he decided to make Truck Driving his career choice.

Michael liked playing cards with his sister Agnes, visiting his sister Felicia, and visiting his cousins Tony and Lisa. His favorite pastimes were riding his motorcycle and bowling.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Richardson and Marie Cox Richardson, and his sisters, Marie Annette McNeill and Alberta Richardson.

Michael leaves to cherish his memory, three sisters, Felicia R. Cameron (Kent) of Lillington, North Carolina, Agnes Richardson of Cameron, North Carolina and Abigail Jackson of Charlotte, North
Carolina; one brother, James Jackson of Charlotte; his uncles, Miles Cox of Arizona, Ernest Richardson of Broadway, North Carolina, Jerald Richardson of Lillington, Frank Richardson Jr.  (Wanda) of Alexandria, Virginia and Willie Dan Richardson of Baltimore, Maryland; his aunts, Laura Brown (Henry), Shirley Richardson, Brenda Pearson (Lee) and Sandra McLean; special  cousins, Tony Cox and Lisa Cox; a very special friend, Vinita Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loved ones.
