Mr. Mark Antonio Frederick, 47, of Cameron, North Carolina entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina. 

Mark Antonio Frederick “Greedy” was born on May 23, 1977, to Betty Frederick and James Belton. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Belton, and brothers, Dennis McDougald and Carlos Belton.

Mark graduated from Western Harnett High School. He was a fun and loving person and was the life of the party. When he was around, there was never a dull moment. He met no strangers. He  cherished and loved his children, grandchildren, and family. He loved to play cards, fish, and talk. His legacy and memories will live on through his children and grandchildren.

Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed: save me, and I shall be saved. Deuteronomy 32:39

Those left with many found memories to cherish are, his guardian angel, Celeste Humes; his father, James Belton; his daughters, Henreitta Humes, Jada Martin and Jaryah Martin; his sons,  Walter Freeman, James Frederick (Chiquita), Andrae Frederick and Jordan Martin; his sisters, Brenda Frederick Miller, Katrina Speller (Eli) and Cassie Frederick; four brothers, William Stewart,  Lee Frederick, Tom Frederick and Eric Frederick (Angelica); an uncle, Joseph Battle; his aunts, Mildred Goldston, Rosa McDougald, Patricia McRae and Barbara Johnson (Johnny); nine  grandchildren, NaShaye Freeman, Nehemiah Freeman, Ty’meir Frederick, Janee Frederick, Sebastian Frederick, Zyiere Frederick, Zaylen Frederick, Ashanti Murchison and Logan Alston; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives including the McDougald, Belton, Martin Families.
