Mrs. Marguerite Ward Ingram, 66, of Pinehurst, NC entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 1, 2024, at the FirstHealth Hospice and Palliative Care in West End, North Carolina.
On July 1, 2024, Marguerite Ward Ingram departed this life at FirstHealth Hospice House in West End, North Carolina.
Marguerite was born on April 30, 1958, in Manhattan, New York, to the late William Ward and Margaret Arnette, but she was raised most of her life in the Jackson-Hamlet community of Aberdeen, North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Raymond Ingram Sr., her only daughter, Ebony Ashley Byrd, and a brother, Ronald Ward.
Those left to cherish Marguerite’s memory are a brother, Benjamin Mark Bethea (Ronda); a sister, Wanda Ritter (Greg); three nieces, Neketa Penland (Van) and Deanna and Teanna Martin; one great niece, Ashlyn Arnette Penland; one great nephew, Aydenn Eugene Peneland; two cousins, Howard Arnette and Thomas Edward Hill; and a special family friend, who Marguerite considered as a daughter, Mrs. Candace Williams-Collins.
