Mr. Lewis F. Russell, 40, of Aberdeen, North Carolina entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at his residence in Aberdeen, North Carolina.

Lewis Feraud Russell was born to Robert Lewis Russell and Evelyn Jones on September 23, 1983, in Pinehurst, NC. He took his eternal rest on May 26, 2024, at the age of 40.

He attended Pinecrest High School. He loved to cook and was a chef who exhibited a strong work ethic at the Sly Fox in Southern Pines, NC. He would often post his beautiful plates on social media. He was extremely well-mannered and respectful.

Lewis always greeted you with an amazing smile. His unique sense of humor brought joy to others, and he often had kind words to share. The name Feraud means family, and he loved his family with all his heart.

He is survived by his father, Lewis Russell of Aberdeen, NC; his mother, Evelyn Jones of Southern Pines, NC; his sister, Erika Russell of Southern Pines; a son, Josiah; several aunts and uncles;  and a host of cousins, family and friends.
