Kirston Donald Makell, Jr., was born to Kirston Donald Makell, Sr., and Sharon Swann on April 20, 1982, in Sanford, North Carolina. Kirston was called to eternal rest on December 19, 2021.
Kirston was educated in the Lee County Public School System. Kirston enjoyed music, cooking, and basketball.
To the friends and family of the late Kirston Makell Jr, aka Kirk aka Don Mack, #bobthelogo, I am sad to announce the passing of a great man, a humble man, a man with many hats, a father, a son, and a friend too many. If you could have seen him on his last day, you would have been proud.
In his final year, he was a welder. He worked at Noble Oil. He lived in an amazing apartment and was doing great. He often checked on his daughter, met old friends, and connected with family members. He loved to party, meet people and make music videos. He cooked, oh did he love to cook him a meal.
If you did not know, he lived in Miami for some part of his life and even Atlanta. He was very big on embracing life. If no one embraced their life, he did. He would let nothing stop him from having fun and making music. He was a great man with many aspirations, and it’s sad to say this is the final chapter of his story.
We love you, and we miss you, Kirston! Live within us all and guide us through our lives with your wisdom and a little bit of your courage to keep us going.
