Ms. Kim Annette McCutchen, 44, of 34 Quiet Country Lane, Sanford, North Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at FirstHealth Hospice & Palliative Care of Pinehurst, North Carolina.
Ms. Kim Annette McCutchen was born on July 19, 1977, to Ruth McCutchen and the late Edward Kelly, Jr. in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Kim entered into eternal peace on November 11, 2021.
Kim was affectionately known as as "Monkey" to many.
Kim graduated from Lee County High School in 1995. Shortly after graduating, Kim attended CCCC to get a degree in healthcare. Kim was a Nurse Aide for many years before working in manufacturing and logistics. Kim loved to cook and had a creative touch. Shortly before she passed, Kim had hopes of becoming an entrepreneur and designing clothing and shoes. Kim loved spending time with her friends, family, and grandchildren.
Kim is preceded in death by her father, Edward Kelly, Jr.
Kim leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Ruth McCutchen of Sanford, NC; three daughters, Shaquea, Kalei, and Zamiya McCutchen, all of Sanford, NC; four grandchildren, who affectionately call her "Shiney", Arianna, Aamira, Aasir, and Twayne, Jr.; four sisters, Ketina McCutchen (Wayne) of Pittsboro, NC, Machell McCutchen (Larmarion) of Sanford, NC, Katrina McSwain (Marcus) of Sanford, NC, and Diamond McCutchen of Sanford, NC; two brothers, Kelvin Kelly (Deb) of Charlotte, NC, and Kevin Hancock of Sanford, NC; a grandmother, Dora McCutchen of Sanford, NC; four aunts, Janice Clemons (James) of Harnett County, NC, Darlene Jackson (John) of Sanford, NC, Jessie Kelly Holmes (Terry) of Winston Salem, NC, and Mary "Deloris" Sellars of Baltimore, MD; two uncles, Tommy McCutchen and Howard McCutchen of Sanford, NC; three special cousins, Antwan Clemons, Lamar Bright, and Jason Goins; three special friends, Ralph Reed, Tiffany Richardson, and Joshua Richardson; a special sister, Tiffany Murchison of Sanford, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
