Obituary
Mr. Joseph M Cusick, Sr., 86, of Sanford, North Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at Parkview Retirement Village in Sanford, North Carolina.
Joseph (Jay) Cusick, son of the late Edward and Catherine Cusick, was born on April 21, 1937, in Philadelphia, PA. He departed this life August 10, 2023.
Jay was loved by many and will be dearly missed by his children, Joseph Cusick, Jr and wife Johanna, Karen Thompson and husband Chris, her son Daniel Cusick, and daughter Diane Fassbender and husband Pete; 8 loving grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. His loving wife, Ada, of 65 years passed shortly before Jay on June 29, 2023.
Jay and Ada retired at age 62, and then moved to Boiling Spring Lakes, NC. He loved golfing and enjoyed socializing with everyone.
