Mrs. Johnsie Mae McCrimmon Williams, 89, of Vass, North Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at First Health Hospice & Palliative Care in Pinehurst.

Johnsie Mae Williams was born August 10, 1934 to the late Luvenia McCrimmon Breeden and George Daniels McLean in Vass, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Williams.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Emma Blue (Wallace) and Jessie Newsome (Bennie), and one brother, George Daniels McLean, Jr. (Joyce).

Johnsie was a faithful Fryes Chapel FWB Church member for over 40 years. She served as an usher, Usher Board President, dependable choir member, and church mother. She loved singing in  the choir and attending church events.

Johnsie leaves to mourn two daughters, Geraldine McCrimmon of Vass, North Carolina, and Nettie McCrimmon, Pinehurst, North Carolina; one granddaughter, D’Jenaba (Te-Te) Parker, of Vass;  three great-grandchildren, Jana Chambers of Manvel, Texas, Marcus J. Malone II of Sterling Heights, Michigan, and Kelis Parker of Vass; two great-great grandchildren, Keslei Chambers and  Keigan Chambers of Manvel, Texas; one sister, Carolyn Belk (Anthony) of San Antonio, Texas; one brother, George McArthur, (Rose) of Roselle, New Jersey; and numerous nieces, nephews,  cousins and friends.
