Mr. Jerry Lewis McLean, 63, of 25 Quarry Road, Steuben, Maine (formerly of Lillington, North Carolina), entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 21, 2020.

Jerry Lewis McLean was born on July 14, 1957 in Lee County Hospital to the late Frank McLean, Sr. and Annie Marsh McLean.

Jerry attended and graduated from Boone Trail High School in 1975. He also attended and graduated from CCTC. He was united in holy matrimony to Carla Yeaton McLean. He was a very hard worker and dedicated father and husband.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Frank McLean, Sr. and Annie Marsh McLean; two brothers, Roger McLean, Sr. and Carlton McLean; and two grandchildren, Kaedyn McIver and Sean Turrell.

Jerry leaves to cherish his memories; his loving wife, Carla McLean of Steuben, Maine; Nine children, Jocelyn McLean of Sanford, North Carolina, Carlos McLean of Cameron, North Carolina, Kisha McIver of Sanford, North Carolina, Jovon McIver of Sanford, North Carolina, Erica McNeill of Bunnlevel, North Carolina, Joseph McNeill (Keyshia), Bridget McNeill, Jessica Newenham, Deondra Thistlewood, all of Maine; Twenty-four grandchildren, Dontavious Stokes, Jer’Miaya McLean, Jermere McLean, Joseph McNeill Jr., Jashon McNeill, Star McNeill, Jasiah McNeill, Kelsey McNeill, Jace McNeill, Tyler Newenham, Bryden Newenham, Tyona McLean, Myrakul Trussell, La’Quesha McLean Royal, Ja’Keela Bethea, Amir Ellis, Aiyanna Cutler, Gary Alston, Jr., Nathaniel Terrell, Navoj Trusell; Two great-grandchildren, Kash Royal and Mr. Hajilzmai Bethea; Four sisters, Bessie Terrell (Walter) of Spring Lake, North Carolina, Joyce McDougald of Sanford, North Carolina; Mary McLean and Brenda McKinnis (Douglas) both of Lillington, North Carolina; Two brothers, Levon McLean of Cameron, North Carolina and Frank McLean, Jr., of Lillington, North Carolina; and a host of other relatives and friends.
