Freddie Lee Hawkins

Mr. Freddie Lee Hawkins was born on March 5, 1956 to Fred Hawkins Jr. and Frances Hawkins. He passed to eternity on March 11, 2019 at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford, NC. Freddie was surrounded by his family during his passing.  He attended Greenwood High School and received his GED from Central Carolina Community College.  Freddie worked as a concrete finisher and at Carolina Pool for many years. He loved playing sports, especially basketball.

He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Hawkins Jr. and one brother, James Donald.

Freddie leaves to cherish his memories: mother, Frances Hawkins; daughter, Chelsey Hawkins Jones (Traci); brother, Ronnie Hawkins (Joyce); two sisters, Barbara Broughton and Linda Terry; two nephews, Myron and Terrell White; six nieces, Chrishonda, Chanelle, Chauntel, Tamika (Laquail), Ashley and Alex; a special friend, Jackie  and a host of family and friends.
