Mr. Floyd Lee Paige, Jr., 70, of Southern Pines, North Carolina entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 09, 2026, at his residence.

Mr. Floyd Lee Paige, Jr., 70, of Southern Pines, North Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 9, 2026, at his residence surrounded by family.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Addie Mae Cornish, his father, Floyd Paige, Sr., and his maternal grandparents, Neal and Clara Ingram.

Floyd graduated from Pinecrest High School in Southern Pines in 1973. After graduation, he joined the United States Army and became a paratrooper. He also worked on the golf course and was  a cook at Golden Corral.

He was a member at The Worship Center in Southern Pines, under the leadership of Bishop Roy and Pastor Costella McKoy. Floyd served as a Deacon and an Usher while attending the Worship Center.

Those left to cherish fond memories of Floyd, are his wife, Rose Paige, his daughters, Fonda Paige, Latasha Toomer, and Shamika Paige; his grandchildren, Bionca Jackson, Andrew Jackson,  Larissa Cole, and Kyrie Williams; his great-grandchildren, Kemora Clyburn, Jolee Jackson, and Journiee Rose Jackson; a great-grandchild on the way, Jade Lee Hinton; his brothers, Edward  Paige, James Ingram, and Dewayne Russell; and host of other family members and friends.
