Mr. Charles Alexander McLean, 30, of 1207 Fernridge Avenue, Sanford, North Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at his residence.
Charles Alexander Mclean Jr. was born August 31, 1990, in Raleigh North Carolina to the union of Mr. Hoyal Mclean Jr. and Mrs. Karen Croutch Mclean. He was the youngest of their three children together.
Charles attended Southern Lee High School in Sanford North Carolina. He later went on to receive his GED at Central Carolina Community College in Sanford, North Carolina. After receiving his GED, Charles was eager to join the work force. He was a hard worker at Pilgrims Pride located in Sanford, North Carolina. As time went by, Charles realized that he wanted more. He decided to join the United States Army. Charles enjoyed being stationed at Fort Polk TC in Louisiana. He worked as a Medical Logistics Specialist.
Charles turned the page to a new chapter in his life and decided to move back to North Carolina. He went back to working in the manufacturing field. Charles loved sports and was a huge NC State fan...GO WolfPack!!!!
Throughout his life he faced many challenges but he always knew that he had family that would always love him. On Wednesday, April 14, 2021 Charles journey on earth came to an end. Charles is preceded in ancestry by his paternal grandparents, Tommy Lee Mclean and Rosa Elizabeth Mclean, his maternal grandparents, Mr. R.Z. Croutch and Mrs. Lessie Brace Croutch, three uncles, Tommy Lee Mclean, Rosaland Croutch and Vernon Croutch.
Charles leaves to cherish his memory, his father, Hoyal Alexander Mclean Jr.; his mother, Karen Croutch Mclean; his brother Hoyal Alexander III (Tashiva Mclean); his sister, Karen Mclean; six aunts; one uncle; his childhood best friend, Franklin Binns; his Military battle buddies; and a host of loving cousins and friends.
