Mrs. Carla Kay (Kibbe) Simpson, 61, of Cameron, North Carolina entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

Carla Kay (Kibbe) Simpson, 61, of Cameron, NC passed away peacefully at home in the presence of family on March 19, 2025. Preceded in death by her parents Theodore L. Kibbe and Mary  Lou Kibbe, and her brother Theodore (Teddy) L. Kibbe II. Carla is survived by her loving husband William (Billy) Simpson of Cameron. Also survived by her 3 sons, Matthew Simpson (Melinda) of  Cameron, Curtis Simpson (Jenny) of Sanford, and Brian Cain (Lizzie) of Pennsylvania, step children Sierra Simpson of New York, Patricia Simpson of Florida and Tommy Clemons of New York,  her sisters, Theresa Conway (Brendan) of Sanford and Patricia Benson (John) of Lillington along with 9 grandchildren who she loved dearly. Carla also has many nieces and nephews who she  adored. Carla loved her family, and enjoyed baking, gardening and playing with her dog Peanut. She will be greatly missed by everyone that loved her. She fought a hard battle one in which she  fought until the end when the Lord called her home.
