Ms. Brenda Ann Douglas, 69, of Southern Pines, North Carolina entered into eternal rest on Friday, April 3, 2026, at Magnolia Gardens in Southern Pines, North Carolina. 

Ms. Brenda Ann Douglas, the daughter of the late Silas and Leanna Mason Douglas, and the granddaughter of the late John and Tiller Mason, was born on December 31, 1956. She departed this earthly life on Friday, April 3, 2026.

She attended Pinecrest High School in Southern Pines, North Carolina. Her laughter and smiles brought joy to everyone she knew. All who knew her loved her presence.

Brenda was a devoted member of Trinity AME Zion Church in Southern Pines until her health began to fail. She remained faithful in her love for the Lord.

Brenda was preceded in death by her older siblings, Billy Douglas, Harvey Douglas, and Deborah Douglas Jones, and by a granddaughter, Nautica Allbrooks.

Those left to cherish fond memories of Brenda are, her son, Brian Douglas (Toya); a daughter, Precious Emily Douglas; an aunt, Patricia Ann Mason; her grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Robert Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
